I\u2019m especially drawn to the strange overlaps between the digital and the domestic where a hand embroidered SpongeBob meets slow-burning climate dread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This fusion began when I first encountered the layered beauty of Bangladeshi Kantha, which unlocked something in me. Since then, I\u2019ve developed a visual language that sits somewhere between Dadaist collage, internetcore aesthetics, and needlepoint folklore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every thread is a form of resistance; to speed, to simplicity, to despair. In a world of infinite doom-scrolling and algorithmic overwhelm, I use slowness and handcraft as a way to think deeply. The labour involved isn\u2019t just technical &#8211; it demands presence &#8211; not as a retreat but as a confrontation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My pieces don\u2019t offer neat conclusions. They\u2019re portals: strange, stitched windows into the contradictions of modern life. Politics, technology, humour, and horror all coexist. You might laugh, then perhaps wonder why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultimately, I hope to create work that lingers; art that rewards repeat encounters, invites reflection, and builds a shared language for navigating our interconnected chaos. Whether you follow my practice, support it, or collect it, you\u2019re joining a wider conversation.
