After the Upload is an ongoing series of hand embroidered needlepoints exploring the intersection of digital degradation and physical making. Each work takes a heavily processed internet image; deep fried, compressed, or corrupted beyond legibility, and translates it stitch-by-stitch into a tactile object. The process is deliberate: where digital culture accelerates decay, the embroidery slows it down and makes it permanent. What remains is neither fully digital nor fully craft, but something caught between two kinds of noise.
